Refund policy
RETURN & REFUND
All completed orders are final. We strictly do not offer refunds for general dissatisfactions, change of mind, and allergies, nor accept returns due to hygiene, quality, and safety concerns.
However, if you receive an incorrect, incomplete, or damaged order, kindly lodge a return request at hello@trovemy.com, together with your:
- Order number
- Receipt or proof of purchase
- Photos of the defective order with the consignment note
We accept returns within 14 days after the delivery date, excluding sale items and gift cards. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as received.
All return requests will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. If your request is accepted, we will send a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, you will be refunded in the form of your original method of payment within 14 working days.
