Points Collection Policy

Points are awarded only to the account used during checkout. Points cannot be transferred, pooled, or split between accounts.
Points are calculated based on the final amount paid, after deduction of all applicable discounts and vouchers.
Points are valid for 12 months from the date of the last transaction. Any unused points will be automatically forfeited upon expiry.
Any transaction involving a refund will result in the reversal of points awarded or used in relation to the refunded item.
TROVE reserves the right to adjust or void points in cases of abuse, fraud, system error, or return.

Discount Code & Voucher Policy
