Terms & Conditions
- GWP eligibility is strictly based on the total cart value before checkout.
- GWP cannot be combined with any cash voucher, discount code, promotion, offer, or bundle set.
- Only one GWP is allowed per order — customers cannot mix or combine multiple tiers within the same order.
- GWP items cannot be returned or exchanged for cash, credit, points, or alternative products.
- GWP is available only while stocks last. No backorders, reserves, or replacements will be issued once stock runs out.
- TROVE reserves the absolute right to amend, suspend, or terminate any GWP promotions at any time without prior notice.
- Bundle sets are listed as separate products.
- Bundle sets cannot be combined with any cash voucher, discount code, promotion, offer, or gift-with-purchase (GWP).
- Customers may purchase multiple bundle sets in a single order, while stocks last.
- Items within a bundle set cannot be returned, exchanged, or redeemed for cash, store credit, points, or alternative products.
- Bundle sets are available only while stocks last. No backorders, reserves, or replacements will be issued once sold out.
- TROVE reserves the absolute right to amend, suspend, or terminate any bundle set promotions at any time, without prior notice.
- When your cart value reaches RM500, a prompt will appear inviting you to choose one gift from our Tier 1 selection.
- If your cart value reaches RM1,000 or above, the system will automatically update to reflect Tier 2 eligibility. A new prompt will appear for you to select one gift from the higher-tier options.
- If a Tier 1 gift has already been added and your cart value later increases to RM1,000 or more, the Tier 1 gift will be automatically removed and replaced with your selected Tier 2 gift.
- If the gift selection prompt is accidentally closed, simply refresh the page to trigger the prompt again.
- GWP selection must be completed before checkout. Gifts cannot be added after the order is placed.
- Points are awarded only to the account used during checkout. Points cannot be transferred, pooled, or split between accounts.
- Points are calculated based on the final amount paid, after deduction of all applicable discounts and vouchers.
- Points are valid for 12 months from the date of the last transaction. Any unused points will be automatically forfeited upon expiry.
- Any transaction involving a refund will result in the reversal of points awarded or used in relation to the refunded item.
- TROVE reserves the right to adjust or void points in cases of abuse, fraud, system error, or return.
- Discount codes and promotional vouchers are not stackable and cannot be used in combination with any other promotion, offer, GWP, bundle, set, or add-on.
- Discount codes can only be applied after all gift items are removed from your cart.
- Cash vouchers may only be used on regular-priced items and are invalid for promotional sets, bundles, GWP, or add-ons.
- Cash vouchers from the Loyalty Program may be used for Tauer and Zoologist, which are otherwise excluded from all discount-based promotions.
- Any misuse or workaround of this policy will result in order cancellation without prior notice.
- All offers including GWP, discounts, sets, and vouchers are strictly subject to availability. TROVE does not guarantee stock availability at any time.
- TROVE reserves the full and final right to withdraw, modify, or replace any ongoing promotion without obligation to inform or compensate.
